◆个人简历
刘爱平,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,食品质量与安全专业负责人。近年来主要从事食品加工、食品安全检测与控制研究。任Food Control、Food and Agricultural Immunology、Protein and Peptide Letters等SCI杂志审稿人,主持和主研纵向、横向项目10余项,发表论文40余篇,授权专利10余项。
